Hi there, I have a rx300 1999. Recently there is a problem. when i turn the ignition key, all the lights on the panel are normal but the starter is not cranking. After a couple of tries, it will start usually. My wife said it helps if she step on the gas. The problem comes and goes. Any one overthere has similar issues? Any suggestions or comments? I have another lexus sc300 1995. It has a similar problem recently. thanks in advance! HB

1995 sc300. When I turn the air to Max Cold, it blows cold air; when I set it a bit higher, even 68 degree, it starts to blow hot air. 1) What can be the problem? 2) The air conditioning display always has the black shadow, is there anyway to replace the display? thanks in advance,

If this is not too late, I just did my 1999 rx300. You can use a clamp remover (just like a screwdrive but the tip is a u shape thing with an angle). Be sure to start from your right site to pop up the panel on the real door. The left side is a clip, if you try to force popping from the left side, you are going to break the thing. good luck.
