I am trying CARSDIRECT.com Anyone had any experience with these people? They seenm to think they can find one. They will search the entire country with their list of Lexus Fleet managers. We'll see!

I am wanting to purchase a '04 RX330 in Flint Mica with Grey Leather Interior, AWD, Navigation, and Premium Plus Package for my wife. NO RSES. My local dealer (Valencia, CA) is telling me there is none in the US. I dont see how this is possible, especially since they havn't started shipping the '05's yet. I think they are just tryong to get me to purchase what they have on their lot. Is there anyway for me try and locate one? Does anyone know where I might be able to get this car? Any Dealers out there that can help me locate one? I am located in Los Angeles, CA Let me know. Thanks - Tony

I found this TSIB from NHTSA web sites. The release date was April 6, 2004. Does anyone know what this is about? The summary is THE PROPER IDENTIFICATION OF THE 7 SOLENOIDS USED IN THE U150E/U151E/U151F TRANSMISSIONS.

My buddy did it to his LX470. Not sure if the systems are the same, his seems to have more features that ours, but his is done, and is awesome. I am also interested in doing this to my RX330, but have not been able to find any info regarding it.

My armrest (Drivers Door) on my 2004 RX330 has an indent where my left elbow rests, and it never pops back to the original shape. I took it in to Lexus (Valencia, CA) for the 1000 mile yesterday, and they told me that the door was not meant to be an armrest???? I am not talking about the part of the door up by the window, I am talking about the part of the door with the padding, down by where your leg is. Does this sound right??? They told me that the door padding is not a memory membrane, and will not go back to the way it was. Now there is a big dent in the door panel where my elbow goes(provides no cusion), and it never comes back to shape. Anyone else have this problem???
