On my 99 steering wheel on the right side has 3 button, Function, Mode and Reset. I have not yet figure it out what the Function button do. I pushed it but there is nothing display on the message center. Does anyone know what this button do?

I do have comprehensive insurance with $500 deductible, so I was just exploring the idea of DIY.

Have anyone has any experience replacing the rubber trim aroud the rear window glass? Someone try to break into my 99 LS400 and had damage the rubber trim on the outside of glass. Is it something that I should take it to the body shop or a do it yourself type? Thanks.
