  2. He got you ROb..... Crow goes good with a cold Beer. ;)
  3. Mine was 71,922 and I paid 64,500 without a trade and then negotiated my trade and then I made them up my trade in by 3,000. They also took 800 off my chrome wheels.
  4. LOL RX.. :D Nice car Josh.
  5. I believe there are separate motors for windshield and headlights. Depending on how long you wish to keep the car I would alway go oem on the front end.
  6. An interesting read on zaino.............. http://pages.sbcglobal.net/gheumann/zaino_test/index.html
  7. Sometimes a good squirt of contac cleaner under the rubber will do it.
  8. Not quite sure about your question other than are there sensors on your back seats that look like buttons?
  9. I would replace the compressor before shavings get in your system. I would also replace the drier in case there is debris. and then pull a vacuum before replacing the freon. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/A-C-Compres...tem160224608275
  10. What happens at 35mph when you switch on the ac? Any loss of power?
  11. TSB...that news was relayed to me by my friend's Dealer about his Mercedes 08 s600. It was a $1700 option. They would not install it for him because of that reason. I don't have the distance control and I use the new Cobra xrsr9g with the remote and additional gps module that alerts me to speed and redlight cameras. I download new locations into the remote on my pc from Cobra every month as the cities add them. Very usefull when I go to Houston as the place is full of those traps. It also remembers false alarms from door openers etc.
  12. Check your battery connections...clean and tighten. If I understood you correctly... Does the starter engage each time?
  13. Since your load did not qualify for the "pass through" I would suggest you bungee the emergency exit strap along with your load.
  14. There are no known major issues on the 430....Mileage seems high so I guess they are Highway miles. The price seems good. I would have a Lexus Dealer go over it so you would have a clearer picture as to previous service history and overall condition plus cost involved in required maintenance which would include timing belt, water pump etc.
  15. Well old friend, since you changed your Avatar to yourself..LOL.. my year is 1947..lol Child coming your way the hammock won't work. :D
  16. Tough one mike, definitely a short somewhere, was your girlfriend *BLEEP*ed when she closed/slammed the door? Joking.. Check your codes and check your alternator connections.
  17. Nice purchase Elsupremo..about 64k here in miles.. depends on you, was the 100k/60k maintenance done? Take care of the car and it will last you a long time. Welcome to the club.
  18. Congratulations and Welcome to the club....Sounds like you did well.. We like pictures ;)
  19. This problem has occured a few times on here. Try doing a search...my fuzzy memory is thinking ECU and there was a recall.
  20. I believe there is a TSB for that. Contact a Lexus service manager.
  21. Same with my 02 430. I had to learn the correct position....
  22. If I remember correctly on my 02 the cover is pried off "gently" with a flathead screw driver.
  23. With power off spray it with contact cleaner from radio shack and let it dry for an hour or so.
  24. Just make sure the mic input above the visor area is clean.
