  1. also in my trunk still lies the factory 6disc cd changer those are also costly !!!
  2. i also have a 92ls400 120k miles....I had a Nakamichi sound system in my car, VERY EXPENSIVE 2 REPLACE AND REPAIR!!....The thing about Nakamichi is everything works together as 1 whole unit so if u have a factory Nakamichi radio ...the speakers and woofer also have 2 be Nakamichi,....in ur case if ur LS400 has a pioneer factory radio,,than u can use any other after market equipment, but Nakamichi is a big NO! it wouldnt work with ur pioneer radio....in my case my Nakamichi system went up... Just one of my speakers blew out and that effected my entire sound system...and in order 2 replace or repair it would have been between $1000+ ...so i just got an after market compact CD changer costed me $500 to rewire and replace but its worth it...cuz with a lexus the simpliest thing cost!!
  3. I have a 1992 LS400 with 120k miles Garage Kept, Drives Beautifully but just last week it started running like a peace of crap. Its now shaking very bad when i drive and has a loss of power, and there is also a loud banging noise under the hood. Now it wont start at all!!. I took to an area mechanic who charged me almost $200 just to tell me whats going on and then said he couldnt fix it. He said my #1 Cylinder has no compression, and Cylinder # 2-&-8 have bad injections...In the lamest terms i have no idea what this means, He said i may be looking at replacing the engine which really blew my mind because it only has 120kmiles, and before this problem my car drove like new, with no indications of any problem...and im really not in the financial standing to replace the engine...Does any one have any suggestions to my problem???
