I have already tried battery disconnect, checked all the fuses that I could recognize before posting the question. Thanks for your suggestion. I need someone to help me further diagnose.

I have 99 Lexus RX 300 I need help in diagnosing blower, which was blowing in high speed a week ago and now it stopped completeley. Air conditioning works as I can hear compressor kicked on but no air. Looks like blower or fan is not operable. I don't know whether blower motor is busted or relay is gone. I need help to diagnose. All fuses seem to be ok. Computer display is working fine :(
