Yea, That's my experience too with my 08. You have to coax it to run smooth. It doesn't appear to be well engineered. I took it back to the dealer for this and they responded, "It's not that bad." I didn't buy a 50K car to have a car that's "not that bad." SH

Lee, My does the same thing. Frankly its the most annoying thing I've ever had to go through with a car, New or Old. Mine is an 08 also. I've been back to the dealer 4 times, had a Lexus rep look at it, and all they do is try to defend their car. They did the tire replacement, and the balancing, but it didn't help at all. I'm going back once more to satisfy the lemon law and then get a lawyer. Mine does a couple other very annoying things too. I'll keep you posted. SH

When maintaining a steady speed, or trying to, my GX seems to speed up and slow down on its own. I try to keep it steady, but its impossible. It's annoying and a little scary sometimes. It will slow down when I need to speed up, and speed up when I need to slow down. At the least it's very weird! Has anyone else noticed this? SH
