  1. The changes look shockingly minor, which I guess is not unexpected, since this is a mid-product cycle refresh. I like the wood rim steering wheel, although I wonder if that is JDM only.
  2. I fly once a week, and always use indoor parking. There must be some sort of covered parking or parking garage you can use, even if you have to pay extra for it.
  3. I am sooo glad I'm not the only person who noticed this! I can't always hear it over the stereo, but when it happens, I can feel buffeting in my inner ear (if that makes any sense). I've thought about trying to crack a window to equalize the pressure, but lowering the rear armrest sounds like an interesting idea.
  4. I'm not sure if this applies to the Direct Injection system in the IS, but many GDI systems eliminate the throttle assembly, thereby eliminating an obstruction in the intake and reducing pumping losses. Engine speed is instead controlled strictly by the amount of fuel injected into the cylinder (much like a diesel). As has been mentioned before, GDI technology is similar to that used by diesels, and the ticking noise you hear even sounds a little like that of a diesel.
  5. Does anybody know if there is a replacement wood shift knob available that matches the wood trim of the Premium/Luxury package? The black and chrome knob seems kind of cheap next to the wood center console.
