I got my extended Platinum Warranty down in the US when I was there. You have to get the warranty down in the states and not up here in Canada. Canadian dealerships won't let you purchase extended warranty for an US VIN. When you bring in your vehicle to Lexus, let them know that you have a US vehicle and that you have extended warranty as well. It is really hard determining a price based on the year of the vehicle. As long as US price < CDN price, then it's a good deal. Don't forget to factor in 6.1% import tax, RIV fee ($200), Provincial Inspection ($200), A/C Excise Tax ($100), and Gas on top of everything else.
