  1. I recently had my 2003 Lexus GS300 fixed after an accident and when I got home I noticed it had yellow floodlights. Weeeeell, I never noticed that before but since I can't prove it after speaking with them I let it alone. Maybe it did have yellow floodlights; I just never noticed. Any way, I want to change them out to regular lights that match the headlights. 1. How hard is it to change out the floodlights on a 2003 Lexus GS300? 2. How do you do it? 3. What tools, etc.. would I need?
  2. I have a 2003 Lexus GS 300 with a 6-disc changer. Is there anyway I can easily set-up my vehicle with an auxillary output for a iPhone/iPod? FM transmitters are not an option, because the quality is poor.
  3. Anyone know a legitimate website to buy discount lexus parts? A website that you have used before!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
  4. First, is it a master key (keyless entry on the head and works on trunk lock)? I have mine made through a locksmith. It may not have the "L" symbol on it but for $40-$80 i'm way satisfied! Good luck;) My key is a master key. I would like one similar to that. Or maybe not, I just want my wife to have a spare to my car. Guess I better start calling the locksmiths.
  5. I need a spare key, because when I bought my GS300 used I only got one. Is there a cheaper place to buy them other than the Lexus Stealership!?!!
  6. Sniff**Sniff** I love you guys! You all just made my world so much better. I will get that done next week. I have been walkin' around :( for the past 2 weeks when I heard this. What's your charge for the diagnosis!?!! Lol!! Thx again!
  7. I own a 2003 Lexus GS 300. I recently went to the Lexus dealership about a rattling noise under my car. $55.05 laters they tell me all kinds of interesting stuff. They said in their words off of the invoice "heat shield and cat making a rattling noise/need to replace catalytic converter/do not recommend removing heat shield because of fire danger/exhaust system rusted may need to replace". Now, the price that was quoted after this was so ungodly that I need not repeat in the event that I suffer from cardiac arrest. How important is it to get these things fixed? Is there any other cheaper options? Has anyone suffered from this and did you pony up the money or tuck your tail and run? Need advice. :(
