  1. Except that this was a bit worse. liftgate was open when garge doot was opened causing the steel bracket from the garage opener to make a 10"scrape. nice huh! Been there already. And still waiting for the wife to pay for having it fixed...
  2. Thanks for all of the info. I had to go ahead and make a decision before all of your posts showed up. Right or wrong, I ended up with a set of Bridgestone Dueler Alenzas at the recommendation of my tire dealer. I also had a good alignment done on it. I did manage to squeeze out another 2,000 miles since November, but even I was getting nervous driving the RX. And my wife just plain refused to drive it. Hopefully, these will work for us. No more Goodyears for me.
  3. We've had a lot of info about tire wear. I'm in the same boat with my '07 RX 350. Only 22k miles on the Goodyears that were on it when I bought it new in January 2007. I'm now in the market for new tires. How about some comments from those of you who have already replaced your tires. What did you end up buying? What kind of experience have you had with them? Etc, etc. I have talked with my tire dealer and he's as interested in hearing your comments and recommendations as I am. Thanks.....

  5. I also have 18" on mine and they're also Goodyear's. After I posted this, I saw another string down below on exactly the same problem. So apparently this is not just an isolated issue. Thanks for your reply.
  6. There have been comments on here about replacing tires, but how about tire wear. I have a 2007 RX350 with 20,000 miles. The tires have what I feel is abnormal wear on them for this amount of miles. I keep the pressure correct, have rotated them and there seems to be no shimmy or any other signs of alignment problems when I drive the car. Any ideas here?
