  1. i bought new ones and still had the same problem. wat u do is spray windex around the seals were the lens meets the housing. then i took my vacum that has a reverse air flow. which means it pushes air out. any air comporressor will do. wat u wanna do is push air in the main headlight whole and try to tape or hold shut the other holes. (just leave the lights in.

now were ever u see bubbles forming that means that leake is comming from there. Wat u wanna do is mark these holes and do it again. 2 times will re insure u found all the openings. (use alot of windex or water.

Finally take some caulk or silicone and seal it up nice over the marks u made. you can use weather proofing clay which can be found at any hardware store. i used both and i havent had problems since. might take u a few times or if ur carfull u will get it on the first try.

when ur done make shure there is no water or anything in the headlights before u replace it. Hope u got everything, as for cleaning them the inside of my lenses wernt dirty only the outside, so make shure before u take them out and bake them. If they are baking them is the best alternative. Good Luck.

  2. I have a 92 sc 400 my front bumper looks crapy cause i dont have the factory lip.

These are my 3 options what do u guys think i should do?

    1. Do 97 conversion (front) $800

    2. Wise sport Lip import from japan. $600

    3. Replace with factory lip $400

I really wanna go with the 97 conversion, and luxory mods has it for 800 total. Does anyone know any other cheaper places to do the conversion?

Or should i take the economical route? Sooooooooooo confused

  3. i dont know about u guys but i got board of the wood trim in the sc. So i took them out sanded and repainted a nice Satin Black finish after alot of wet sanding and afew coats let me tell u it looks nice.

Wasnt crazy about the color was gonna use flat black but i thought it would be to plain.

Point of this is that it looks good, was wondering if anyone else tried.

  4. I orderd some stuff for my car and since my girlfriend doesnt care i figure id let you guys know.

    I orderd

    -Tockico Shocks

    -Eibach Springs (1 in)

-Daizen Replacment Bushings for Control Arms

-Daizen Replacment Bushings for Stabalizer bar

    -OCC Front Upper Strut Bar

Im excited now but I wont be when my credit card bill comes in.

My ride has been crapy i put 17s on with 245/40 tires and the ride felt awful, i took them off but now after this hopefully the ride quality will increase and the car will ride nicer then before.

    Stage 1 Suspension complete.

  5. so wait a minute i put 17s on my car and the springs arent that great on my car so the car sits lower, my tires got eaten up soooooo quickly this is because i need a chamber kit?

i put the factory rims on now cause of that problem but i wanna put the 17s back on, should i invest in this chamber kit too?

  6. im not shure what grades ur talking about but i used to run 93 octaine now with gas up to 2.70 a gallon ii dropped to 87 octaine, and i could careless about car performance cause im broke.

but 87 is the same stuff. try mixing 87 with 104 octaine boost gives u a nice mix, cheaper.

  7. I installed an open air intake just the cone itself. No cold air sheild and i dont know if the power has decreased.

Has anyone else installed the same or have any other ideas?

How can i fix this problem should i do a BMI intake like the one in the FAQs?

  8. well i put 17s and still have a wheel balance problem. you need to find someone that does really good wheel balancing. theres more to it than just alignement. you should look around for a professional. it might cost alot but the job will get done.

A car is mechanical anything on it can be fixed or adjusted. hek u can turn a Punto into a drag car and theres no questions about it. You mechanic plays a big role. think of him as a DR. would you want open heart surgery from a quack, or some million dollar New york city specialisti.

Moral = FIND A NEW MECHANIC, if ur in the ny area i can recomend afew people. good luck.
