Hello Guys,

So I bought a 92 es300 from a car auction. It is flawless and everything but i have one problem. When i go to turn on the car the security light comes on and lights start flashing therefore the car will not start. What can I do to possible turn off the factory alarm?

wont the daytime running lights be on too? i just want the fogs to be on without the daytime running lights......... how do i do that?

thanks man, the problem was that the lights were burned out... i bought normal replacement lights.

thanks, that helped. i took out the bulbs and they are not burned out... when do these damn lights come on?? i know they are parking lights but i mean WTF!!!! ive never seen them on. how can i test them? or see them in action>>???

i think my little lights in the headlight are burned out. how can i replace them?

Could be the connector is corroded.

the problem was that one of the 2 new bulbs i bought was defected... =D

problem solved

my right fog light got water in it, so i bought a new one and replaced it and the bulb. the connetctor that goes on bulb to give it light was unplugged. i turn on the switch so the fog lights would come on but, the left one does and the right still does not. what could be the problem? is the connector dirty?

You can remove the "lexus" and the "is300" but if you remove the "L" it will leave holes in the trunk lid.

In the above link the car had been repainted and some paint came off during removal. If your paint is original you should be able to follow the instructions with no problems.

dude forget that... dont take them off, the car is a lexus not a honda.... y take the emblems off. if you never did it before dont do it, i learned the hard way. now everything is fine.=D

They come on whenever the engine is running..

but they dont come on....

my friend told me that i could customize the navigation if i went to the lexus dealer. any1 know if this is true?

how do i activate it?? to i put the light switch to auto?

on the headlights there is a little tiny light... why doesnt it light up?
