I have a 92 SC400 that was used for racing, it has been somewhat modified for street use. I would like to know if any one has removed the ALT and if they have found an easier way to do it? I read from the forum that a leaking power steering pump can affect the ALT. Thanks for this information, now I know that I need to replace the pump also. What is the best way to remove the pump and ALT?
