I just purchased my second Lexus.
My first was a used 1991 LS 400 with about 100,000 miles on it--drove it till the wheels fell off.
My new "used" ("certified, preowned") LS 430 is a silver 2003 with barely 50,000 miles on it.
What a gem!
It is the model with all the bells and whistles (all the ones I'm aware of, at any rate): Mark Levinson sound, wood interior (simulated wood?), all sorts of extra interior features, factory chrome rims, etc.
Driving it is like floating on a cloud.
And that 4.3 liter engine really moves the car with quickness!
At some point in the future, I'd like to get a matching GX 470 (or newer) 4x4 to go with it.
The only thing better than a (relatively) new shiny Lexus is another one that matches!
