  1. Long story short, wife rear ended someone and from the damage I could see (late evening / dark), front bumper is pushed up / down grill is gone / hood is bent up, both front lights are gone, basically the whole front end is pushed up / in. Could not open up the cigratte compartment, not sure if there is any structural damage, the front bumper did expose the steel bar that is behind the bumper. Good news is that wife was not hurt, just shaken up, but need some guidance on the following, its our first lexus. 1. Body work - anyone know a good body shop in seattle. What should I be looking for i.e. what things I need to keep in mind while getting this repaired. Lexus of bellevue indicated that they don't have an inhouse body shop, recommended R&R, my insurance recommended Exotic Motors, anyone have experience with either of them? 2. Structural damage - anything I should look for? Newbie to cars / collision, so would appreciate your guidance. Any other pointers / tips?
