the chrome trim on the rear bumper a 01 gs is that held on by double sided tape want to change mine

does any one know what parts i need to need to change to do the timing belt on a 01 gs 300 i dont need the tools just a parts list thanks.

My car is a 01 gs3 i set up a app on thurs at lexus of smithtown i just dont know of any private lexus shops iam they told me a quote of 1980 for the 90 k service they said thats a oil change diff fulid change and plugs and other things i dont need all those things just the timing belt. iam going to see how much it will b to not get all these things done. i can wait if u know any good shops ill give them a try thanks

Each dealer has a different set of included services for their 90k service. Call the local dealers to compare prices and what comes with each package. Dealer is always going to be more expensive than an local shop. I called a couple dealers in the area and got a variety of options for what was included in a 90k service. With the multiple options came multiple prices. Ranging from 1k - 2k. The water pump I was told is a "lifetime warranty" product and doesnt ever need to be replaced. Glad they have faith but running another 100k miles on anything is quite a reach, I would think that would require the part to be replaced. what make diff fulid do you guys think is best or should i just get the oem brand because of special additives?

i went to a place they gave me a quote for 600 dollors for leather and 350 for vinyl i going to go with leather thanks for looking out iam going to try to get some pics on here rich

iam trying to get the leather replaced due to cracks and holes in the seat the price was just for the oem leather in black this sucks its so much. I got my brake rotors pads and lines in i got the front done and the back rotors are so bad that i think i have to get them cut off the rotor looks like it is almost rusted on the shaft center cap.

Has anyone replaced there front seat leather skins and how much have u paid? i saw the skins for 580 dollars. Thanks

do think a good ridge ss brake line set on a gs 300 is ok do u think that the will b any problems with the abs system thanks for your help guys

They'll should definitely fit the new GS300 as it has the same calipers as the IS350 as standard, but I believe the 350 requires 19" rims to clear the IS-F BBK. yes tango they should fit the new one but his ? was about the 2001 gs300..........i highly doubt they will fit that model! but do some research they might! brian

do u think the isf brake kit on sewell parts will fit on a 01 gs 300

hi iam new to the site i picked up my 01 gs 300 about 2 months ago i have a question on the hid fog lights i just put in when i turn them on just the pass side comes on ive swaped the ballest and bulbs and the drivers side is still out. the ballest and bulb worked on the other side. in the instructions it says that this can happen and i should step up the fuse to 20amps and the relay to a 20a relay. if this is so where is the relay and where do i buy one thanks. If u guy know diffrent let me know thanks.
