  1. PS, you can download the instrucions from the sewell website first and see if it's something you can do.
  2. Bought an XM kit from Sewell Lexus for around $300.00 and installed it myself. It was easy to install with the included directions.Works great!!
  3. Can anyone please tell me where the thermostat is located in a 2000 lexus gs300? My temperature needle does not move to warm. I guess I need to change the thermostat but realized it's not located on the top of the engine block. Any how to's would also be appreciated. What a way to start the new year!
  4. May want to pull the blower assembly out to make sure nothing has come apart in there....or a rock, twig or something may have entered in there and is interferring... good luck! I cleaned the filter, wasn't very dirty. Checked the fuse and spun the blower wheel by hand. Started the car and came back on. Pretty confusing, but I ordered a new blower fan just in case it goes out again and I expect it will. Thanks for all your support. I'll keep you informed if I need to change the motor.
  5. My air conditioner fan motor has been making a clicking noise like a baseball card on a bicycle tire now it won't turn on. I can hear the air conditioner compressor kick in but no fan to blow air. It happened the other day but after restarting the car it came back on. Now it won't come on at all. Any ideas anyone! Thanks!
  6. Can anyone send me a copy at grnc@comcast.net Thanks a million!!!!! :D

  8. Thanks for your reply! Any Idea where I can find a picture for the location of my sensor?
  9. I have a Black 2000 GS300. My check engine light just came on while driving home. I took it to Autozone where they read the code. Turned out to be an 02 sensor. The error read p0161 - 02 sensor, bank 2 - sensor 2. Does anyone know where this sensor is located? Have any pics or manuals? I'm going to change this myself to save $$$$. Thanks for any help! :)
