2008 Is With Windshield Popping Noise Again

Does it do any good to call LEXUSUSA with a problem? Are they proactive or should I not waste my time? -
My 2008 has the chronic popping in the windshield. The dealer claims that they have never heard of the problem ( like I believe that). Does it do any good to call Lexus USA and complain? I had a BMW and I called BMWUSA with a problem and they fixed it the next week. I was impressed.

2008 IS 250 AWD with 5000 miles. The windshield creaks every 15-20 minutes. Yes it is cold where I live and I'm sure that has something to do with it (although I have other cars that don't so it). It sound like it is shifting around. Any ideas? Thanks

2008 IS 250 I have excessive brake dust and I have read that there is a TSIB that addresses this issue. Has anyone had this done and is it a good idea to do it?

I have a 2008 IS250 AWD with 4000 miles. 2 or 3 times a day the catalytic converter smells. Whats up with this? I read on a search that it could be normal...is that true? Thanks for you help. Joel F

I have a 2008 is 250 and I have cold air coming in at the foot well area. It is espically noticeable after a turn and at a stop light. Any ideas?
