Thanks, I searched for a while and didn't come up with too much except the screen is just bad. I'll now look into my options to replace it...I figure once I get one I'll try and put it in since there are some good step by step instructions I've found and I have worked on car stereos a little

I am having problems with my navigation screen and how it responds to touch (which basically controls all the functions) On the Radio screen when I touch the left side the right side responds, on the climate controls, same thing. I can not get any response when I touch anywhere on the "I agree" screen?? Once out of every 20 times I drive it it will work normal again and within 20 min goes back to being defective? Do I need a new screen? Any sugg. here? Thanks in advance 2003 GX470 95,000 miles on it.

Hello, I have a blown subwoofer (the speaker located in the cargo area on the passenger side panel) I want to replace it with another oem speaker because it sounds awful. I am pretty savy when it comes to car stereos but does anyone have sugg. or can point me in the right direction to find instructions on removing the panels so I can get to the speaker? Also if someone knows the best place to get a replacement lexus speaker? I really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Did you trade-in that H2 or sell it yourself? Yeah I was looking at H3s for my wife, but since we already have a Highlander I could not convince myself that a Hummer would be even close to the GX in reliability, etc. I think the visibility is poor too. Had to go with the GX. I wouldn't mind owning a H2 to drive here & there and off-road, but that is not really practical at this point. I traded it in, I got a good price so it was easiest, The idea of the H2 and look for offroading was good but I was nervous to push it given the quality of materials used to put it together as I stated. I owned a 2005 H2 SUT. I bought it brand new and it avg 12 mpg, I drive pretty conservative. I got rid of it this past winter not because of the gas prices but because of its overall poor quality and GM build. I saved a few bucks a went for a pre-owned 2004 GX with 45,000 miles. I avg 19 mpg with the GX. So yeah a huge difference if you ask me, and what a difference in the quality between the two, not even close! And my GX was pre-owned. Never again with american crap.

Anyone have any clue about upgrading a 2004 nav screen/system with a 2008 model and solve the xm and ipod issues? If the space is the same and all. I know aftermarket is out of the question with everything integrated into it but maybe swapping it with the newest model was an option. Sorry if this is a silly question but read quite a bit and couldn't find a solid answer. Thanks.

Hello, does anyone have detailed info/pic on which hose is the brake booster for seafoam treatment? I don't know too much about cars, but I just did my honda with no problems but I am not as sure on the gx, its a 2003. Thanks very much for the help
