I got the navigation system into an endless "recalculating" loop and had to delete the destination to get it out of it. Lexus dealership said "diagnostics show nothing wrong". Duhhhh

I had the same problem. The dealer flashed the transmission controller firmware and the hesitation on startup is gone. I now have a random click that I think is a result of the new flashed transmission firmware. Charlie Tuna
