Good Morning, Can anyone help inproviding me an email address of a mid to upper level person at Lexus Corporate Office in Torrance? I spoke to folks this morning there and explained I have had a horrible experience with a dealer and it is all documented in about 25 emails. They can only allow me to speak with someone live and describe the situayion or use their email feedback which has limited space. All I need is a email address at Corporate to pass on the corresponence. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Wondering if anyone knows where I might locate a manual that could walk me through install a side mirror on the passenger side of a 2001 LS430. I damaged the mirror and the round inclosure. Everything else seems ok and I order the parts. Embarrassed to say I'm struggling remembering how to put it back together. Anyone that may have a suggestion can respond to dave@jtech.com. Anyone have a solution for a squeaky steering wheel? When I turn the key and the adjustments are made to my preferences the steering wheel squeaks. Love to fix myself w/o spending big money at the dealership. Thanks, Dave

I just had a bad experience at a national Electronics Retailer purchasing a Sirius Radio. Turned out after tearing up my dash they said I needed a custom antennae and booster with no guarantee of it working. Does anyone have any experience with installing a satelite provider in a LS 430 2001? Thanks in advance.
