No speed limit notification, but you can see the upcoming turns, if it won't let you input the name...the name isn't there. I've found if you have trouble getting a street name, put the city in first.

Oh the Sport sure, mbut not the Range Rover that UCF posted above. I love the Sports. However, I do have a colleague that has one that she hates so much (lots of problems), that she actually leaves it unlocked hoping someone will steal it lol

I was just picking on you about being bitter ;) As for the market, that was because of the news out of Europe, people on wall st said yesterday they assumed Obama would win, and the market actually had a pretty good day.

If you're driving mainly highway you're not going to get mileage as good as if you were driving mainly city.

Don't be bitter ;) Even lenore's not bitter! To me the GOP really needs to take something away from this significant loss. And really, its a significant loss, even with all the troubles in the economy, Libya, defecits, debt, the fiscal cliff, they only flipped two states that Obama won in 2008. It turned out to not even be that close. What they need to take away is that they have got to move more to the center. Its time to give up trying to overtunr Roe v Wade, thats been law for 40 years. Its time to stop going after Planned Parenthood and trying to legislate from the bible. Its time to expel the whackos out of thier party, because they cost them this election by forcing Mitt Romney to have to take severe positions on social issues in order to win the nomination, and forcing him to choose a wortless nutjob like Paul Ryan to be his running mate. Had Mitt Romney of MA run in this race, pro-choice, for real healthcare reform, and fiscally conservative with his business background he would have been unbeatable. But...that Mitt Romney would have lost in the primaries. Its time for the young guns in the GOP, the Marco Rubios and the like to stand up against these crazy fringe tea partiers and the old, white, male establishment in their party, tell them to put their bibles away and start creating a platform that can win.

I think his SUV buying has been primarily driven by the tax advantages. I don't believe a single payment lease can be taken all in one year if its a cost over time. I thought about that too one time and I recall being told even if you made the payments all upfront you still had to spread the deduction out over the term of the lease. Check with our accountant on that. I like the LX, but they are so expensive and big, but not in a really usable way. What about the new Mercedes GL?

I do feel badly for Romney. He's a victim of what ran me out of e Republican Party. He came into this being someone that could really win, moderate socially, conservative fiscally, good business background. He could have won big, but he had to run way right to get the nomination, and looked like a flip flopper when he went back to the center. Sad that the crazies in the GOP have done that to the party.

All the networks have called WI for Obama, including Fox. Like I said, no idea how they project. Getting hungrier Rob. So hungry ;)

Its all what you're used to. We have built in Garmin nav in the Jeep, didn't have it back when this thread was around. My wife and I *hate* the Garmin nav, hate the interface, hate the route guidance algorythm. Absolutely hate it, but we've used the Lexus systems for the last 8 years and find them great. I too am a realtor and use the nav all the time. 100% happy with the Lexus system.

WTF are you talking about? I never attacked you, and neither did Paul. THIS is my biggest problem with Romney from an economic perspective. This is what you're missing...yes taxes will have to go up...but Mitt Romney will not raise taxes. He has demonstrated beyond any reasonable person's doubts that he will say and do anything to be President. Do you really think he will go against the tax pledge, against his party, and against his primary campaign promise and raise taxes simply because they need to be raised to balance the budget? Bear in mind...it would loose him a second term. I personally don't see that happening, his first term is going to be all about getting re-elected, because that's all he cares about. The result? Exploded deficit. It's a moot point though...because Im pretty sure you're going to be buying me that slab of meat ;)

Well, the ref blew the call I agree...but that didn't cost the Redskins the game lol That game was a bloodbath But yes, you may owe me a slab of prime rib from the a prime Rib lol

Now that you've upgraded there is no longer an override. I'm actually surprised it worked in your ES350, I thought it was only the ES330.- 3 replies

Has Your Es350 Clock Changed Time Automatically?
SW03ES replied to Paddyz's topic in 07 - 12 Lexus ES350
People complain about this every year. The clock does not change automatically in the ES, you have to change it manually. -
LOL, its incredible they put up with me huh?

2004 broke the streak ;) Then that would be a systematic failure of the polling data spread out amongst dozens of entities that do polling, and it would represent the most systematic failure of polls in history. I think thats basically Romney's only saving grace. I actually see it the other way. Of all of my friends and colleagues, the most vocal are the Romney supporters. As an Obama supporter, if anything I feel pressure to reserve my comments and opinions to keep the peace with my friends. I certainly feel its "more popular" to be a Romney supporter in my circles. I can't tell you how many good friends of mine I've had to hide from my newsfeed on Facebook so I can resist responding to their posts. So I might see it the opposite, that the race might not be as close as it seems in Obama's favor on election day. Speaking out about your viewpoints and responding to a poll are two different things. Someone passionate enough to vote is going to respond to a poll... Something to think about, I was watching the news this morning while I was getting ready for work, the polls are almost identical to what they were on this day in 2004, with Obama in Bush's position. Up by a point or two in national polls, 49% approval, 49% disapproval, and Kerry's numbers were also similar to Romney's. On election night, it came away for Bush more quickly that expected because back then it was unpopular to be a Bush supporter, even though more people were than let on. I think this race has a lot of similarities to 2004, but the polling data told the real story, while the feel out there was certainly more pro-Kerry, as I feel it is today pro-Romney.
