  1. I actually got a Stillen exhaust for the car and I have gotten many compliments from many other IS300 owners at the large meets her in NY and NJ. I am running the Toyomoto header and mid pipe, and the Stillen rear section.
  2. Toyomoto in Maryland has the O2 sim boxes - they work great. I have had one on my car for 2 years now with no CEL. Moe at Toyomoto would probably sell you one separately. Mine came with one of his header setups.
  3. Sounds like one of your ABS wheel sensors are loose or shot and one of the O2 sensors is bad as well. The Chiltons book would give you the readings in OHms for the sensors.
  4. There are both kits out there. Toyomoto, PFS (Peter Farrell Supercars) and Turbo East all had them when the car first came out. Everyone was using Greddy E-Mange for the fuel maps. The kits are LOUD and whinenie. I would say go with a stage 1 or 2 Turbo Kit from PFS. Ray really has his stuff together there. You can google them. You wallet and the sky is the limit with the Turbo. My buddy has a GT35R on his 2004 IS300 and has over 600RWHP. His car has been done by PFS. Much more than your probably looking to do though. I did an install of a Turbo East stage 1 kit with a piggieback ecu and we always had heat issues. Do it once and do it right. Just my two cents.
  5. Well I live in NY as well LI - I am on my second IS300 at this point (2002&2005) the only real answer is to get a winter set and a summer set of tires. Basically all the all-season tires don't work well with this car in the smallest amount of snow. Please trust me on that! I run Blizzak ws-50's in the Winter 235-45-17 Nov thru March and in the summer time Toyo Proxes T-1R's 225-40-18/265-35-18 - --- After much trial and error - many rims and tires I found that in the long run this was the most economical and best all around for both wallet and performance.
