1994lexusls400

well ive been searching on this forum the only thing i can find is replacing the canister in the back~ the lights for the intrument pannel flickers, onyl temperture works and everything else is dead, no fuel meter, no speed rpm meter, not even mileage odometer reading!! Can someone direct plz
