  1. I'd pass on the 'aftermarket' extended warranty if I were you.....it's not worth it. Considering you have low mileage on your ES.....why do you need it? Have you had many problems with the car? I'd consider the Lexus extended warranty or nothing at all. maintain the car as recommended in your owners manual & just pocket that extended warranty cash. Just my 2 cents. B) Welcome to LOC btw.
  2. I got it...much appreciated Terry.....do you have (or can you post) any pics of the wheels?
  3. Terry, You have a shipping cost request for the ES 350 wheels. B)
  4. Sorry to hear Josh :( Alot of time's it's the dealer that can make or break an ownership experience when there is a problem. I hope this get's resolved to your (and your Wife's) satisfaction. This is all I could find for Toyota Corporate U.S. contact info... http://www.toyota.com/help/contactus.html Keep us posted bud. ;)
  5. A couple of teaser pics of the new alloys in the meantime (hope to have a better camera soon too lol)...
  6. Glad the car is somewhat improved however thomas after having the alignment adjusted......it does not appear that your Lexus dealer is taking you for a huge ride either.
  7. Welcome to LOC fahad. I think this site might be helpful to you... http://www.lexus.com.kw/english/gs_300/specifications.asp Good luck with your purchase! B)
  8. I thought folks here would enjoy that one!
  9. Probably best to call your dealer to explain what happened & see what they say.
  10. I'm not 100% either SKM if that applies to a new Lexus.....I was able to secure that rate on my LPO ES 330 though.....it's a pretty cool incentive. :)
  11. Story of the day from Car & Driver... http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/hot_li...r_news/(page)/1
  12. I'd love to see Lexus offer that model here in Canada. B)
  13. As of today (April 1st), Lexus Canada is offering a new $500 Cash credit and they’re allowing a 60 month lease term at 4.9%. Finance wise, Lexus is offering a 5.5% rate for up to 48 months. B)
  14. This is going to be a busy month for my 2005 ES & just thought I would share......I just received my 17" ES 350 alloys yesterday (thanks to my in-law's as they brought them back from Florida for me), cleaned them up last night & they look absolutely brand spanking new! :D What a deal I got on e-bay for them (these things are about $800 a piece from the dealer up here). She's going in for Tint, Rust-proofing & a complete detail job this Saturday (I'm leaving the car with my guy for a few days) & shortly after that......it will be time for new tires! B) Naturally our digital camera got euchred not 10 days ago & I can't take before & after photo's....but I will update with pics as soon as I can. By the end of April.....I should have the car pretty much the exact way I want it. Stay tuned... :D Pics below...
  15. I totally agree on the 4 spoke steering wheel Steve! B) I miss mine from my 01 ES. From taking quite a bit of seat time in a few ES 350's at my local dealer......I wish they would add a little more storage whether it be an extra cubby or 2 or another smart idea the engineers seem to come up with from time to time. B)
  16. I don't think there is one on the ES 350. I'm pretty sure it's a sealed unit & the tranny fluid (Toyota WS ATF) is good for the life of the car. Double check your owners manual though.
  17. No worries Darren.....keep me posted on things & anymore questions, please let me know. :) Bubba, yes the dealer should provide you with shuttle service.....I understand about the loaner though. ;)
  18. I'm curious too.....if you do the conversion in Canada were paying roughly $4.75 per gallon give or take. :cries:
  19. Bubba, He is wrong to say that his dealer will treat you like a second class citizen if you buy the car from another dealer & have it serviced there (as a matter of fact, if he's put that in writting you might want to phone the dealer principal to let him/her know about this.....that is unacceptable!) I have an excellent dealer contact here in London Ontario (about 1.5 hours from Toronto). If your interested, I can put you in touch with him. B) They might even deliver the vehicle directly to you. ;)
  20. Cool site GD. :)
