For the power steering fluid, I just get an empty spray bottle & siphon it right out of the resivoir. It will take ATF fluid Dexron III or equivalent.....I use synthetic ATF. Change it every 2 years or 30k miles.
Cheapest tire I could find in that size was something called 'Dean' Never heard of them personally & they were $57 each with only an S speed rating. I don't think a tire like that has any business being on a Lexus....but that's a personal opinion. The Yokohama's I suggested above were only $76 a piece.
Spend a little extra to get a good brand name that will perform well (especially in foul weather) over the next several years is my suggestion.
What size tires do you need.....205 65 15? That should be the stock size. If so (and considering your budget) I would seriously consider these as your best overall value...

Don't forget to get a 4 wheel alignment when you get them installed. I would go with SW's recommended shop to have them installed too.......as he (like me) is very fussy when it comes to who we let touch our cars. ;) You should be in very good hands.
Good Lord! The threat of physical violence on the Lexus Owners Club board...
Of course the day I accept the technical advice of someone with that level of grammatical and spelling expertise, I should be shot.
No worries, it's being dealt with.
Are you looking to get a new ES 350 or a used one? If new, I suggest waiting for the 2009's......I've heard they are making some 'tweaks' here & there. Just a suggestion.
Compared to the ES......I found the new CTS to have pretty tight quarters all things considered....and I'm only a tad over 5'6". Still want to drive one though.
The good news is the CTS should suffer from pretty rapid depreciation which is a bonus for the used car market. :)

Anyone driven the new CTS yet? I'm dying to get behind the wheel of a 3.6 DI AWD to see what she's got. Still got a thing for Caddy's.......but was told several time to only own a Caddy if it's under warranty.
Agreed that Ford is finally (!) starting to get some decent product out......the new Fiesta looks promising as does the euro Focus when it gets stateside.
Nice write up Steve.....one major thing that would bother me buying the new Lincoln new would be the huge resale value hit...being a Ford and all but it's nice to see the blue oval boys step up their luxury game. ;) I don't mind the styling either.
Do you know what the bolt pattern & offset of the BBS wheels are? That would help & you might also want to try a search in the LS forums.....I'm sure there are several members with 18's + on their LS.
