  1. There is a 10A "Guage" fuse and a 30A "Power CB" fuse that feed the "Power Main Relay" in the schematic for the '90 LS400. There is the main fuse panel under the hood as well as one to the left of the driver footwell.
  2. I trust NAPA Gold filters. They work well.
  3. The headlights on my LS400 are aimed pretty low and when trying to adjust both of them, the adjusting screws didn't seem to make any difference. I went off the Toyota repair manual: Did the adjustment screws both pop out of a bracket behind the headlight? Curious to know before I hassle with pulling the lights out to fix. There are two rubber caps on each side with the adjusting screw shown in the diagram under the one nearest to the middle of the car.
  4. Went through the troubleshooting procedures in the repair manual downloaded from TIS. As far as I can tell, the power mirror ECU is dead.
  5. I'm looking at replacing the front bushings in the LS400 I have. The question I have about the Daizen bushing kit is does it make the ride harsher than it would be with the genuine Lexus bushings? Would I notice a difference between them and the OEM parts as far as ride quality?
  6. Looks like the Dome and Radio 2 fuses cover the mirrors, but still no joy. Replaced the Radio 2 fuse (already did the Dome fuse) and still not a peep from the mirrors.
  7. The power mirror adjustment isn't working on my LS400. I did a visual inspection of all fuses and don't see any that are blow. Is there a specific one that covers the mirror power feed?
  8. Kudo's to you guys for having such a great messageboard! I just bought a well used '90 LS400 that is in decent shape. The door locks, interior lights, and stereo didn't turn on for some reason. Checked all the fuses and then did a search on this board. Another fellow had it be a blown "dome" fuse up in the engine compartment. That fuse 'looked' fine in my case, but evidently it wasn't. Replaced it, and everything is working (except for a few burned out interior light bulbs). You guys just saved me a trip to the repair shop. Thanks again!
