hey guys, thanx in advance for looking at my post i have had a cel light on with code 25 which is offcourse lean air fuel so changed two o2 sensors before the cats which eliminated the check engine light and the cars been running smooth ever since till yesterday, (now i am having a problem between 2000 to 2500 rpm) engines rpm fluctuate now,they drop down to 1000 and then come back up and thats when i am just idling the engine at 2500rpm, and when i am driving at about 45m/hr with approx 2000 rpm engine feels like got held up rpm would drop for few seconds and rev back up. i kno we got got all the pros in here so any advise to put me in the rite direction would be really appreciated. thanx again :cries:

i went through the same problem with 92 ls400 last week changed maf did'nt do any good so was just standing there and heard my fuel pump relay triggering while engines running, so thought just to take it out and check was good then i hooked up fuel pressure guage and left it runnin for few, every time my engine hasitated fuel presure went down, pulled out the f.pump turned out was bad replaced with new( runs like a champ ever since).

thanx for the advise guys, i think i have made up my mind now to change it with new. will post how it turns out thanx again.

hi fella's, i have a 92 ls400 with about 190km on my trany, recently i got this transmission code 63 which is offcourse #2 solenoid valve, i am gonna change that solenoid cauz as i believe and all you guys might agree its totaly worth it. but i am kinda confused about trans oil though sinse that trany has so many miles should i replace it with new trans oil or should i save the old one and reuse it?

92 ls 400 with 187k but just started to have vacuum prob since yesterday.

hi, i have 92 ls400 with pretty much the same problem like 95-96'rs. it just started for the first time yesterday got about 185km, pulled out the IAC cleaned it seems like its working just fine. checked all the vac lines. tried adjusting tps too but no luck( it just starts up revs up to in between 2000 to 2500 and comes back to normal idle at 600 and then dies out, and when its on the normal temp rpm rev up and down, some time almost dies out and then revs back up . plz advise.

hey guys, i just joined this site because it seems like all the lexus pro's r up in here, now to the poblem have an 92 ls 400 was runnin fine till last nite all off the suddden engine started missin and died, i was tryin to troubleshoot the problem and was reading varieties of threads, seems my iac valve operates fine, tps functioning fine (dont kno about mass air sensor)any way to check that ? now it just starts up and after two seconds dies out. any suggestions
