I've 2005 RX 330 with 42k miles. One of the rear side (passenger side) struts is leaking. I took it to the dealer since it's under warranty. Lexus dealer says I just need to change that particular strut. But my mechanic friend says both the struts should be changed. What do you guys suggest? Did anybody replace struts before? Thanks!

I own a 92 ES300. Now, I'm thinking of buying RX. Today I test-drove a 2004 RX330. It's smooth and nice but felt little noisy and break is slipping little bit when waiting on down hill stoplight. It is 2WD with 40,200 miles. The dealer (not Lexus) is asking $29,900. Is it a good price? or what would be the right price for this car? And, how much would it cost to get an extended warranty up to 100,000 miles?
