538 miles, just purchased, not broken in with gentle-moderate driving 40% city 60%hwy 24.5 mpg

I paid about 49k, or 1500 off MSRP at the begining of the month, not to mention I got an extra 1500 for my trade over bluebook since I was a repeat customer :)

With the 08, the "I Agree" button is gone, so the lockpick only adds the abaility to enter addresses while driving. That is of course if it actually works with the 08 models with the Nav version 7.1.

Welcome to the forum damon. Not surprised the dice wouldn't work for you. Your car's 7 model years old, and I think they're designed for newer cars ... say, no older than 4 or 5 years. Since this is the hybrid forum that you've drilled down into, the oldest model you'd likely find being talked about here, would be no older than 3 model years ('06 - 07' - 08' ... btw, anyone here even own an '08 yet?). Kinda curious though, what the web site info was, that you feel was misinformation. Maybe a link would be helpful? Below are some of the updates I noticed on my recently delivered 2008 RX400h. Sorry for the poor photo quality, as these were cropped from my blackberry. If anyone has picture request, please submit them here. - Updated grill and taillights (cleaner and more streamlined, IMO) - Updated rear Lexus logo (now has a cool blue "glow" effect, but does not light up) - Updated lighted door sills (metal "LEXUS" letting on the door sill now lights up blue, when door opened) - NAV 7.1 (see 2008 NAV update post, "I Agree" is GONE!!!) I will continue to edit and update this first posting as I find additional/changed features

I took delivery today of my 2008 RX400h and I am happy to report the "I Agree" button has been removed in version 7.1 of the NAV system DVD. Now, instead of the disclaimer, you will get a splash screen for 5-10 seconds that basically states be careful and dont play with this while driving, then the system will automatically switch to the MAP screen. Also, for those wondering, you can NOT enter information while driving, this only removes the annoying "I Agree" button which was normally present at start up.

I just purchased an 08 RX400h with Nav and a few extras, MSRP was $50,800, purchased for 49k plus change so I got about 1700 or so off. I have to wait another week though before the vehicle is in town, as we have a 4 week lead time right now on 08 hybrids. With that said, I could have purchased an 07 for 4k off MSRP but they did not have many in stock and what was available were not my choice colors.
