THE REASON YOU ARE GETTING SUCH A GOOD DEAL ON THE 2006 GS 300 IS BECAUSE THEY EAT TIRES REAL FAST AND CAN'T BE ALIGNED, TIRES ARE CUPPED OUT WITHIN 7000 MILES AND SOUND LIKE A TRUCK. I HAVE AN 06 REAR WHEEL DRIVE WITH 31,000 MILES AND ON MY THIRD SET OF TIRES! I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT BRANDS OF TIRES ALSO. I TALKED THE 2 DIFFERENT DEALERS AND THEY SAID THE 06 IS KNOWN FOR HAVING THIS PROBLEM. CHECK THE INSIDE EDGE OF YOUR TIRES AND YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY ARE WEARING... GOOD LUCK This price HAS to include a trade. You cannot find a mint '06 GS 300 AWD with 27k and ML / Nav heated / cooled seats/ rear sunshade/ AFS / Headlight washers / Moonroof / etc etc etc for less than $38,000 ANYwhere online. BULL*BLEEP* IT'S THE CAR!!!

I HAVE A 2006 GS300 AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER THEY CHECKED MY CAR OUT AND SAID THEY COULDN'T ALIGN THE CAR AND IT WAS COMMON FOR THESE CARS TO WEAR THE INSIDES OUT AND CUP THE TIRES THAT IS WHY THEY MAKE SUCH ROAD NOISE. I AM GOING TO PUSH THE LEMON LAW AND TRY TO GET THEM TO BUY THIS CAR BACK FROM ME. I BOUGHT IT NEW FOR 45,000 AND HAVE PUT 2 SETS FO TIRES ON IT IN LESS THAT 30,000. MILES DUE TO NOISE. CALL LEXUS AND PUSH BACK, IF WE GET ENOUGH PEOPLE ON THERE BACK THEY WILL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!! BBB IS MY NEST STOP IF THIS DOESN'T WORK. THANKS, RON

have a 2006 Lexus GS 430 and have recently had to replace a tire because the inside was worn down on the edge of the tire (basically the top edge of the tire) on about half the tire. The inside of the tire basically was grooved down and about a 4 inch spot that was really worn and put a puncuture in the tire. I know this is not a great description, but the inside of the tire on the edge was basically pushed down or worn. I have the Dunlop 5000 run flat tires that came with the car and had not had any isuues with them. The tire went flat on the back after I had the car in for service, but I beleive this is from the front of the car, because my two front tires are now doing the same thing. Has anyone had this happen or know what the cause could be? Also, is their a airbag recall on the 2006 GS430? Thanks, Justin After about 8000 all of my 4 tires were worn in the inside like yours. The car was re aligned (for the second time) and the dealer gave 4 new tires. They wore normal after that. WW I HAVE THE SAME ISSUES WITH MY 2006 GS3OO. HOW MANY MILE DID YOU GET OUT OF YOUR SECOND SET OF TIRES AND WHAT BRAND ARE THEY? HOW MUCH DID THEY CHARGE YOU TO ALIGN AND MOUNT THE NEW TIRES? THANKS, RON

WE BOUGHT THE GS300 RWD NEW IN 2006 FOR MY WIFE AND AFTER 7,000MI THE STOCK YOKO TIRES WHERE MAKING ALOT OF NOISE, WE TOOK IT TO THE DEALER (LEXUS OF KENDEL) AND THEY SAID IT WAS DEFECTIVE TIRES (THEY WHERE CUPPING). OK FINE, THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE TIRES FOR FREE BUT I HAD TO PAY TO MOUNT AND BALANCE THEM AT OVER $350, I EVEN CALLED CA. THE HOME OFFICE AND THEY COULD DO ANYTHING EITHER. I TOLD THEM TO STICK IT AND I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, ACE TIRE OF MIAMI AND PUT A NEW SET OF SUMITOMO HTRZ II ON WITH NEW 18" CHROME TRD (TOYOTO RACE DIVISION) RIM'S THAT I HAD PURCHASED TO PUT ON ONCE THE FIRST SET OF TIRES WORE OUT, LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WOULD BE SO SOON. ANOTHER 7,00MI LATER THE CAR STARTS MAKING ROAD NOISE AGAIN. I TAKE THE CAR BACK TO LEXUS AND OF COURSE THERE ANSWER WAS I HAD DEFECTIVE TIRES AGAIN, WHAT'S THE ODDS RIGHT, NOT!!!!! I WENT BACK TO ACE TIRE AND HE LOOKED AT THE TIRES AND SAID THE CAR WAS CAUSING THE TIRE TO CUP NOT A TIRE DEFECT... I TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER TIRE SHOP IN MEBOURNE, FL WHERE I MOVED AND NOW THE TIRES BACK TIRES ARE WEARING OUT THE INSIDE OF THE TIRES AND THE MECHANIC SAID THERE IS NO WAY TO ADJUST THE ALIGNMENT ON THIS CAR.... THAT SAME DAY TOOK THE CAR TO THE LEXUS DEALER IN MELBOURE AND HE SAID THE GS IS KNOWN FOR THIS AND AGREED THAT THEY DON'T ALIGN THEM. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THESE TIRE ISSUE AND HOW DID YOU FIX IT?????
