  1. Has anyone here been involved in a Lexus lease transfer, whether buyer or seller? I'm considering buying a lease, and I'm hearing different stories about how long it takes and how cooperative Lexus is during the process. I'd appreciate hearing about your experience with the process whether good or bad. Thanks, Jonny
  2. I would be interested in hearing the fuel, mileage and type of driving other members here get. I find it hard to believe that this an RX350 gets 25-27 mpg unless it's 100% highway driving. I use regular fuel, mostly drive in the suburbs (80% roads, 20% highways) and average about 18 mpg.
  3. Most of your list is addressed in earlier replies. The '08 RX does not have an aux audio input so we use an adapter that fits into the cassette deck so we can connect our ipod. You can get a black interior with most of the exterior colors if you're concerned about dirt. It's always a compromise when it comes to must haves, and I don't see anything on your list that would be a deal breaker. The RX is a great car. It is well built and beautifully fitted out. In my opinion, the NAV/Bluetooth is the Achilles Heel of the vehicle. Unfortunately I learned these things after signing on the line. My NAV/Bluetooth issues (in no particular order): The NAV locks out many of the functions while the car is in motion. The voice recognition often does not interpret clearly spoken words properly. The voice system is slow and kludgy; the software is poorly designed. If these are not issues for you, then you will love this car. If they are important, then I would recommend the Acura MDX, which has the best NAV/Bluetooth of any car manufacturer today. Good luck. Jonny
  4. I just picked up a 2008 RX350 Bamboo Pearl with the Tan interior. The vehicle is beautifully trimmed out. My wife and I looked at the black interior for a half millisecond and both decided that tan was the way to go.
  5. I have an '07 Acura TSX and the NAV/Bluetooth is well designed and works flawlessly. If I knew how poorly designed the Lexus NAV was, I would have opted for the Acura MDX instead of the RX350. The RX350 is a beautifully designed and engineered vehicle, but the NAV is its Achilles Heel. I'll keep checking back here hoping that someone figures out how to remove the handcuffs from the system. Jonny
