i just got the cat taken out in the middle and ran dual str8 pipes to the flow master mufflers. i still have the resonators and believe me its loud enough its actually too loud and it raddles alot but it does sound bad !Removed! when u floor it

yea it is the only one well this other guy on the lextasy website makes one its called an rmm like rod mcmullen or somethin like that but i hears its pretty good but ima stick with the chrome flashy stuff haha

tru yea cheap is always better but i was gonna get a t6 chromed out aluminum alloy intake off this sport compact car website its for a lexus and the maf goes rite in the middle its sick looking and sposed to give u 15 more hp and 11ft of torque for 230 im thinkin about gettin it after i get my axle fixed.

i think they said its like 2 1/2 in diameter. tomorrow i should have some audio. im thinkin about adding a cold air intake next.

well i cant really get ne pics of it i dont have a camera but i will try to get some audio up tomorrow its really loud my friend was like i dont kno wat to say it sounds *BLEEP*in sick but its loud as hell

so today i went to my exhaust shop and got my cat cut off and i got true duals ran from each side of headers and it sounds sick sounds with the flow masters it has. but i also encountered another problem when they looked at it the said i needed a new axle. they were gonna put it in part and labor for about 200.

sounds to me that you damaged your maf sensor while cleaning it. ive done so and replaced it and it worked fine. mafs are very expensive too so make sure to check on ebay b4 u go buying one. i got mine for 170 bucks -
that would b the brake sensor telling you that your pads are worn down

i have a 94 and it makes a ticking noise like that but its at low rpms i thougth the lifters on my car were tapping too but i was told it wasnt a problem -
yea i did that to my car today and it runs alot better than it did, my dumbass brother thought i was gonna blow the engine he doesnt kno *BLEEP* about cars lol

yea so today i went and had my exhaust looked at and they said that its not a header leak its a pipe and there was gas fumes leakin out from the bottom i noticed so i got some glass packs and i got some cherry bomb mufflers i'll get some audio up of it, should sound really sick

well it does sound alot better but i just ordered s&s headers that are sposed to give it 35hp. i just got one question exactly how hard is it to get those headers off?

yea i dont plan on goin that fast again cuz it was pretty *BLEEP*in scary and i realized it when i went passed somebody that was doin the 50mph speed limit

oh i see. thanks for all your help i thought there was nothing wrong with it my brother and his friend thats a mechanic thought it was the lifters but it couldnt because it sure did go 145 really easy : ]

yea im gonna get that replaced but the cars also makin another noise the engine makes a tapping sound when it idles low ive been told those r the lifters tapping. is that really bad should it b fixed rite away?

i live in FL but i dont think so. i kno its illegal but i kno quite a few ppl that have done it and i was just wondering if that would have any affect on it i guess i'll get 2 new exhaust manifold gaskets and cut those stupid cats off while i replace em

ive just done the 2 rear mufflers and ive got custom piping from the center muffler back to them it was all done rite by this custom exhaust shop i was thinkin about headers but they cost too much. ive heard of cuttin the 2 cats on the headers off but would that really make a difference?

i got flo masters installed recently on my ls400 it sounds good at a low rpm but when u really smash the gas u dont really hear the exhaust u hear the engine ive been told i have a slight exhaust header leak but would that really make all the difference?

im thinkin about puttin this new touch screen dvd in my dash it'll fit but i was just wondering how hard it would actually b to wire it all if you have any info it would b appreciated

my 94 ls400 has a steering wheel problem now when i put the key in it doesn't move but when i try to move it using the switch on the side it makes a grinding noise is there ne way to fix this i can't stand driving it with the wheel up so high

ok well i bought the car from a dealership and it was running fine then nothing wrong with it i got the oil changed not so long ago maybe 500 miles and i got a vacuum fixed and then this *BLEEP* happens they pulled the engine code and they said it was mass air flow but ive looked at it and its as clean as can be and its brand new too but i agree with you i think it quite possibly is the alternator

my car has been acting up the whole intake where the vacuum lines are has been replaced the car is acting funny the wheel doesn't come down ne more and the car won't run for long before it cuts off and the rpm goes crazy and will rev from 600 down to 100 then rev over a 1000 its not driveable and it shuts off sometimes i think it could be the alternator but im not sure the lights get dimmer when the car stops running too please help me out if you can thanks.

thank you for the reply but how did you find the remote key what key words did you type in? i can only find one for the newer second generation ls400.

Hi im new to this place and i have a 94 ls400 and i do not have a master remote key but i do have the original key without the remote built in, i was wondering where i could go to get the master remote key uncut and if i would have to get a new ecu please help thanks.
