  1. Bump, Many parts still available (mostly exterior but still quite a bit of interior as well). Whole Motor and sensors are still there if anyone needs powertrain parts I will begin sellings sensors, accesories, etc off of the motor. If you are in need of ANY part please email me. You can ask "zppeakcock" and "Lexucan" I am practically giving these parts away to those who need them. Its pretty much pay for shipping and a couple extra bucks. Let me know guys its just sitting outside and I do not want to scrap it with a working/running motor!

    Thanks Guys!

i know this is really old, but maybe you still have the hydraulic radiator fan motor?

  2. hey, ive searched all over and cant find a rebuild kit for these.... i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get an alternator rebuild kit to do it myself. im a broke mechanic that cant afford much more on this money pit i got myself into.... any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

  3. the engine cranks it just wont fire, i called the local lexus dealership, they said without the key with the chip it wont fire up, the key i have is the key for unlocking doors in the event you lock your keys in the car

  4. well the only key i have right now is the key that is for making new keys i guess? the car had a blown radiator, i replaced the radiator, checked timing, and checked compression. car wont start though has fuel pressure also

i have the parts to change the timing belt and idlers and tensioner, plugs wires caps buttons, waterpump, and all fluids and filters, i just want to see if it will actually run before i dump 500 bucks worth of parts in it to find that it still doesnt work yanno?

  5. the compressor doesnt care what refrigerant you use, just the oil. you cannot mix refrigerants its like oil and water, also you must vacuum the system, its illegal to dump any large amount refrigerant into the atmosphere! my truck has 250K miles on the stock compressor with 134A, you need to find a mechanic that knows how to properly convert a system

  6. Is the system being drawn into a vacuum before recharging? How much oil is being added?

Yes, we vacuumed it for approx 30 min befor charging. We added about 3 ounces of PAG oil.

Have you had a chance to put on the new compressor? Keep us updated.

i work on refrigeration units all day, i would like to know what your head pressure is, high side or red on your gauges. the charge you weighed in from what the sticker said was the weight for r-12 or for 134a, i know you put 134a in the system from what i read, but the system will use less freon with 134a than an r-12, your probably over charged, also you condensor coils are probably dirty and plugged with bugs, clean it out really good and see if that doesnt help your problem.
