Well I got it to work. I even called Lexus' help line and they told me/her that the new iPhone 3GS is not compatible with her car. Now upon searching for a work around or a fix, I read some posts about being able to play music thru her Bluetooth phone to her stereo. Is this doable on her car?

My wife just bought a new phone [3GS] and we couldn't get it to connect to the bluetooth, which is fairly simple since she was using the original iphone and then the 3G iphone. Is there an update at the dealer to make the iphone 3GS work with her car? Or is this something Apple could fix? It's quite saddening that it won't work since when she bought the car it had the ipod dock and then we found out you can't have the ipod and the satellite radio, now the iphone won't work.

My wife and I just bought a 2008 IS250. We want to install the OEM Sirius Satellite radio tuner. Could you give me the price for everything needed to install plus shipping to 32224? Also, we have the Birds Eye Maple wood trim and would like to know what it would cost to swap it out for the aluminum or metal trim. We have a Automatic transmission. thanks!!!

I was trying to transfer my wife's phone book to the car and after 40 minutes it still had not transferred her phone book. The display scrren in the car stated that it was undergoing the transfer, but the phone did not say anything. She only has about 40 contacts on her phone. We cancelled the transfer because we did not want to run down the car's battery. How do you get the contacts to transfer from the phone? How long can we expect it to take?

Nope...stock 350 calipers. I did the painting. Brush painted, adhered stickers then clear coated Looks good and good color choice for calipers in my opinion. It will hide alot of brake dust and what not. Where'd you get the decals for the calipers?

hello I'm new here. I just bought my wife a 2008 IS250. It was pretty loaded with Nav, back up camera, bluetooth but it didn't come with satellite radio. I think the dealer wanted $800 bucks for this and now I know why they didn't install it, they would make a killing charging that much to install something that is so easy to install. We come from driving nothing but German autos so I don't know much about these cars. I'm sure that installing the OEM satellite radio is very easy as I did it in her Mercedes and my Audi. Without know much about these cars can someone tell me what I need to install the tuner box in this car? I found a OEM Sirius Tuner on ebay from a Lexus dealer for $250. Is this all that we need? That tuner box on ebay looks very similar to the tuner boxes we installed the the Mercedes and my Audi and it was a 45 minuter job. Any information is helpful!
