So gauges are a no go ? =( the dash trays are around $100 lol for a dash tray is not worth it i was thinking if gauges where a complicated thing to install perhaps i can use them 100 to put in some gauges >_>

Well just to be honest i dont even have turbo on my car so i know you guys are like than wtf u want gauges for lol ? But i am just wondering because see my is doesnt have a stock navigation so that leaves that annoying space just sitting there waiting to have something put in there so gauges could be the only thing that come to my mind that are both cool and have like a purpose . So anyone that can explain me the process on installing this thigns and would it be alot of $$$ .....Also if u have any recommendation on what the heck i should put in that gap instead of gauges tell me !!!

Your right only $300 away but my main problem i have is just making sure that if i install after market double din unit i wont have probs with the stock speakers or amp and also wanted to know what are the exact things i need to get like the kit or wires ...etc like a list so i can add everything and see how much is it gona run me to get this.

Well i was thinking on a DUALXDVD8265, i could also get a single din flip out screen pioneer with nav for $600 but thats not a sure thing and its single din it doesnt look good on the IS i think. So as long as the stock amp isnt touched everything will be ok right? the sound wont be any better nor worse than the stock sound right? i will change the speakers n amps eventually but i want the screen for now. Well i want to get a nice new headunit on my car so a double din set up seems perfect so i was wondering if there would be any problems by putting a new double din set up on the cars stock speakers and amp???

Crap so changing the color of the fogs will be a tough one, and about the parking lights i dunno if the terminology is right or not but im talking about when ur driving during the day light time and your high beam lights are on but at a slight level just to make people be aware of you i guess, that color is like old halogen color i was wondering how could that be changed.

About the clear side markers i wanted to know if i could convert the orange to blue lights? and also what do i need in order to change my yellow stock fogs? i want blueish hids to match with the headlights..but also i want to use the fogs to make up for the retarded 8000ks i got on my heads =\ and also could someone explain to me how can parking lights be changed to like a whiter or blueish color??

yeah i could do a grill and my windows will be gettin a major tint job i think im goin for 15% and i already tried halos and not a good experience, And about the other things i do want rims n stuff but not yet i can wait for that.

yeah i herd about the window rain guards i think its called window visors but ive seen the ones being sold at pep boys lol that doesn't seem to look good is there a different design for the is or something?? and about the lowering kit i dunno why everyone lowers their is, well i know why people do it but the is300 or mine at least looks like it already was lowered you it has 3 fingers of distance between the wheels and all my friends think its lowered lol....

Well for some reason since i got my car i have seen lots of is300 in the road so i wanted to make mine abit more unique, now i know what everyone is gona tell me and thats to get rims first, i don't plan getting rims yet because my stock rims are decent plus my tires are pretty much new so ill put a hold to that, so i wanted to know what other things would u add to your ride to make it more unique you could give me advice about the exterior n interior but dont suggest for a system cuz that isnt much of a big deal to me the stock speakers are very decent but the head unit could use a touch. let the budget be $800 my car is black, 8000k hids and the rest is stock...(i know i know bad choice with the HID)

got it fixed and the motor didn't work so i had to buy a new one that run me $450 for a tiny motor lol

Well on the drivers seat all the buttons work but the one to open the drivers side widow has anyone had this problem before and is this a very bad thing and i need to take it to the dealership to fix it or could i do something?

Hi i was wondering since there is soo many people that do this on their car like either painting the housing black or installing halo lights how secure is the after sealing of the headlights after its been open? my main concern is that since it aint gona be as tight as the factory seal than like wouldnt the rain chip the glue and find an opening and water might go in? how do other poeple cope with this?

Well since is there is no way i can have good visibility and have a nice blue color with the reflectors the is300 comes with i wanted to get projectors...and i have no idea where to start looking for an specific one for the is300 i found aacstyles makes them but they are sold only with a brand new set of heads... also i wanted just to get the projectors themselves if anyone could point me out in the right direction it would help alot.

well see the story is i know a guy his friend of mine and he works for a distributer of rims company like they make the rims and everything near my area so i mean he could get me a set of 18" the style i want with brand new tires that are known brands like, michellin, bridgestone, etc...but the thing is that the brands he has are STATUS, RUFF RACING , DC rims and he can get me them with tires from $600-900 so like i mean i went to the sites of the rims and like i dont know if they worth it or not

i see what i wanna know i mean you where saying that i need a correct offset and lug pattern to match my car properly the people that sell rims for cars they know exactly what i need for my car right or i have to be aware of all that?

Im thinking on getting rims but i aint so good with the brands since there are so many im looking for 18" rims under $1000 if possible. I have gotten a deal on rim brands named ruff racing or dc rims anyone ever herd of this ones?

all you guys change are the bulbs? thats odd lol i got a whole kit that comes with like the power box or w/e is called is there a difference besides the price?

Well the bulbs are in as they should and i the lights are a little bit more powerful, what i was wondering was like since the headlights on the IS have like a mirror like sides which makes the lights bounce off everywhere may be one of the reason why the light isnt going straight to the road making the visibility better but like i have seen alot of people that have painted the inside of their headlights black only leaving the 2 main light circles like they are wouldnt that cancel off the reflection effect and make the lights be more straight foward.
