  1. Can anyone help please???? My wife lost her remote, and I am afraid she will lose the other one also. I need a replacement, does anyone have any suggestions? Her car is a 2007 ES350. Thanks, Woor
  2. Hello, I would not get a Lexus one. I have an 07 ES350 with the nav, I can not talk to the system because it thinks I am speaking Greek, and the Nav portion works great if you are stopped when you want to make any changes. I bought mine from out of state, and the local dealer is not very good, when you read in between the lines their sales people say: If you had bought it here... BUT... I have a portable Garmin works great even in bluetooth and I can drive and change destinations or have the passenger do it. Using the Lexus system we have to STOP. Wish I knew how to change that. Get a portable, I can put my Garmin in the ashtray and not even look at it, the voice commands will tell you when to sneaze. Best of luck. The above are just my opinion. and I was so hard headed to only get one that had the Nav system. Wont do that again.
  3. How did you accomplish this? Maybe the fact that you did this hack affected the operation of the GPS system?? Why don't you bring the car into your dealer and have them check out this problem? How long has this Wal-Mart been at this location? Reason being, if the DVD Nav disc was produced before this retailer was located there, it won't be included in the information displayed on your NAV screen. Naw, the thing can't find streets that have been there for 15 years! Also I did find my WalMart in the data base but I had to dig very deep. When I told the Lexus rep about the WalMart issue seh said, "Mine did the same thing but there's a way to fix that." When I asked how she did it she replied that she doesn't remember since she knows where it is! That tells me that the Lexus rep even gave up on it. There are two ways around the speed switch. One involves cutting a wire which I won't do. The other uses the touch screen and is well documented on the internet. Only thing is that you have to do it each time you start the car. Can you please help me where it is well documented in the internet for the speed switch? I have only been here couple weeks and am looking for being able to see dvd and also be able to use guidance while driving (passenger pushing buttons). Please help. Thanks.
  4. No, its against federal law for a screen to be displaying video in the driver's line of sight. Hello, New here, I can not even get it to play any DVD inside my garage? What am I doing wrong? Sure would like to get the nav to work while in motion. My better half can navigate the buttons. How can I make this happen? Thanks Woor
