  1. I bought the tire and wheel warranty. Just peace of mind really. Wheels are expensive.
  2. I am getting around 24.5 around City MPG and tank average last fill up was 25.4, pretty good. I read in the owners manual that the tank is a 17 gallon tank. What doesn't make any sense to me is this: when my gas light comes on and the distance guage is reading about 40 miles to empty I fill up. The tank is full at around 14 gallons. Where did the other gallons go?
  3. After paint is clear of foreign materials I should: 1) Polish the car and then 2) Wax the car My car is brand new, haven't had it a week yet, but this coming weekend I want to get it detailed real good. I have generally either polished the car or waxed it, I have never done both at the same time. Thanks, r7
  4. Not sure if I added the picture on my profile correctly, but it is Black on Black. Had 16 miles on it.
  5. I pick up my IS 250 X package this afternoon. I noticed on the brochure it states that the tires may get less than 15k miles of tread life and the brakes less than 20k on the pads on 50k on the rotors. Would you say this is an accurate statement? What would you say pads and tires cost? I drive approximately 15k per year and the thought of replacing tires each year is a bit troubling. Thanks in advance for the response.
