No, I have not tested the wiring only because that's beyond my technical skills.

My high beams are not working on my 2000 Rx300. I replaced the blubs and checked the fuses and they are all okay. Does anybody think replacing the Headlight Control Relay would solve my problem?

I am having a problem with my headlights on my Rx300. The hi beams are not working. The bulbs are okay and so are the fuses. I am thinking about replacing the Headlight Control Relay but I really don't know if this will fix the problem. Has anybody else had this problem and what did you do to fix it.
