  1. I bought (supposedly) OEM front pads from a wholesale parts place that specializes in Lexus parts. Put new pads on the front, and after two attempts/application of the disc brake anti- squeal goo, they still sing when coming to a slow stop, in the last 10 ft or so, continuing til the car comes to a complete stop. It's a 93 LS 400. Any ideas? T Lex
  2. Hi Gang- New to the forum. Have a 93 LS400 that's getting a little long in the tooth, and need to stretch a few more miles outa her. Had a bad power steering pump, replaced it and the high pressure hose (did the work myself, and am convinced all connections tight). It fixed the leak for about a block, and there is a new one that I can't find for love or money. There is actually ps fluid coming down from the top of the oil filter (no, it's not engine oil; this is red). I can't see a leak on the steering strut cylinder itself (don't know it's proper name, but it would be equivalent to a clutch slave cylinder). Any other places to look? Mike in Texas
