  1. I just wanted to get some opinions on buying a GS300 on a 5 or 6 year loan. I wanted to finance a 2001 GS300. I figure i'll pay about 25,000 dollars over 6 years comes out to about 380 a month in payments. I don't want to keep the car the whole six years because it will be almost ten years old, so i figure every 3 years trade it in for a newer GS. Assuming the dealership gives me almost what it is valued at, the payments should almost be the same for the same type of GS everytime. Does anyone think that this will work or will my monthly payment increase every time I trade the car in. Just looking for some feedback because I know a lot of u guys finance your GS's and trade them in. Looking forward to hearing your responses, thanks.

  2. I have been researching alot of GS's on autotrader and i see that most of the 430 are around 28 to 32 thousand with 40 thousand miles and 2001. I also see a lot of dealerships like Kings dealership out of Brooklyn and Queens having these GS 430 for 26,000 and sometimes even cheaper. Has anyone ever bought a GS from these dealerships in NY and Does anyone know why they are priced so much cheaper. Thanks Guys, I look forward to hearing your answers.

  3. Does anyone know for sure if the IS is getting a new look like the GS in 2005. I have seen pictures all over the internet for the GS but not any for an IS. If anyone has any info. Please let me know. I was thinking about leasing an IS300 or GS300. But if the body styles are going to be changing next January, I would rather wait it out. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

  4. I was thinking of leasing a ES330 . I didn't get a chance to test drive it yet. I was just wondering if it is quick in acceleration. I mean i don't expect it to be fast because its not really a sports car. But does it move. I hope you guys can tell me about your ES330s and your experiences. thanks and look forward to hearing your responses.

  5. Does anyone know where they have a nice selection of 19 inch rims for the ES3 (new body) because it is hard to find a big selection for 19's anyway and finding them for the Es just makes it harder. Is there any store or website that has a large variety of wheels for the ES that would be 19's. thanks and look forward to your response.

  6. I am curious how some of you guys who lease lexus save money for the next lease every 3 years. I would love to have a brand new GS every 3 to 4 years but the thing that worries me is coming up with that 3 to 4 thousand dollar down payment for the lease every 3 to 4 years. You guys who lease, what is your method of saving. Do you save money for the the new one in the final year of the lease , do you have a seperate envelope in your house that you put the money in. I am just curious? Because i don't really make a lot of money, I am like the average guy. Any advice or methods that you use would be great. Thanks guys and looking forward to hearing your responses.

  7. GUYS , THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERS ME ABOUT LEASING IS EVERY 3 YEARS YOU HAVE TO COME UP WITH 3 OR 4 THOUSANDS DOLLARS JUST TO HAVE YOUR PAYMENT AROUND 4 HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE DOWN PAYMENT I MEAN. WHEN YOU FINANCE, YOU MAY PUT DOWN 4 THOUSAND, BUT EVERY 4 YEARS, YOUR GS WILL STILL BE WORTH 7 OR 8 THOUSAND FOR TRADE IN VALUE. MY PROBLEM IS IF I LEASE NOW, WHICH I WANT TO DO SO BAD BECAUSE I HAVE THE 3 THOUSAND , BUT WHAT HAPPENS IN 4 YEARS IF I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER 3 THOUSAND TO SPARE LIKE I DO NOW , I AM STUCK WITHOUT A VEHICLE, THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES ME NERVOUS, PLUS I WANNA GET MARRIED IN 4 YEARS, I KNOW I WILL HEAR IT FROM MY GIRLFRIENDS FAMILY IF I PUT MONEY DOWN ON A NEW CAR, RATHER THAN SAVE IT FOR THE WEDDING AND RING. LOL. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONCES. THANKS GUYS (MIKE 21 YEARS OLD)
