  1. Hey Guys, i was wondering, if i get a 03 GS430 with 60k miles on it on a 5 year loan. In the fives years that i have the car, what kind of repairs can i expect to have with the car and what kind of money will i be spending on these repairs. I really like the GS430, but probably can't afford over $26,000 so the high milage is what i am faced with. I know the GS3 is cheaper, but i really like the V8. Thanks in advance.

  2. I just wanted some opinion on what you guys would do. Would you buy a lower milage 02 or a higher milage 03 when they cost almost the same price. Do these V8's have more problems than the V6(GS300) or it doesn't matter. In the future i am looking into a 430 , my budget is around $28,000 and i know i can find an 03 for that price with about 50k miles on it or an 02 with 35k miles on it for the same price. I know this is a stupid question, but the paint and exterior shouldn't really fade or dull that much between the year of the car. What would u guys do? thanks in advance.

  3. I live in NJ, is it possible to have a local Lexus Dealer get a car shipped here that is in a dealer in Florida or Texas for example. Do the dealers work like a sort of network like that or is that impossible. I have been searching autotrader and i have found some good deals in different states. I really don't want to fly anywhere and have to drive the car across country. Thanks in advance.

  5. Doesn't the warranty cover the heated seats wiring and stuff like that. They are supposed to fix the breaks and check all fluids before they sell it. I would have taken the car back to them and made the fix all of the stuff. Thats not right what they did. I have seen alot of cars selling much cheaper from that dealer on autotrader. I wonder if that is the reason why they are cheaper.

  6. I was doing some research last night on the web and i found many forums talking about a GS350 and GS460 coming out in 2 years. What do u guys think and have you heard anything. The guy who posted it said he worked at a dealer and saw the papers. the 350 will have 300HP and 460 will have 340HP.

  7. Hey guys, i have been seeing a ton of GS's on autotrader for under 29,000. I have seen 4 or 5 2003 and even 2004 for that price. Even a 2004 for 27 and change with only 35,000 miles on it. Is this due to the body make over? In two or three years, do you think the current body-style GS will have these same prices or is this out of the ordinary. thanks in advance.

  8. I went in last year to lease an ES330 and it was cheaper for me to go with a 42 month lease rather than a 48 month lease. I have no idea where they get their numbers from. I guess it is just the lease program and the way it is structured. 3000 cap reduction cost would probably run you about 4500 out of pocket with the fees. that is expensive. If you went with no money down and just fees you can probably get the IS250 around 450. Is there a way to just pay the first monthes payment and roll all the other fees such as security and other fees into the monthly payment. When they say no money down, it really means only fees which is like 1500 down to me.

  9. I agree, if you are putting more than 3 or 4 thousand down, you mind as well buy it because your paying alot out of pocket. Leases are good when you have less or no money to put down and want to drive in a new and sometimes higher end car. I hope i have helped.
