Shouldn't be any undue noise except perhaps for the high pressure fuel injection system which is quite a loud ticking noise when you have the hood open. I think that's what it is. It is a clicking noise, but quite loud even with hood closed. I also found another thread on it on another forum. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=235848 So it seems to be a normal thing. Phew !
