Island Boy

Help! Had an assistant install battery while I sat in car to start. Engine turnover but no start, discovered battery reversed, on correction car immediately started...BUT, no lights, no power windows, no radio, no dash lights etc. Is there possibly a fused link, relay or other that may be common to all this? Where? HELP!! In the Bahamas, no shop assistance.
