I have a 93 SC400 with 175K miles. My AC blows cold and the heater blows hot. The climate control does seem to cycle thru changing blower speed based on the interior temp. However, the blower only blows on low speed. I was told by a mechanic that i should replace the blower resistor and I just did that. But there is no change. Anyone else have this problem? I appreciate any ideas from the experts. Thanks.
