Wow!! That's a really good point!

Make sure you keep the gel fresheners off of any surfaces, ie: not placed on a flat dash, near any wood, etc. They're meant to be hung up. In the hot summer, that goo inside can melt & damage surfaces. I don't even use the gel kind in the summer months for this reason. The chemicals in air fresheners are not meant to be in contact with vehicle surfaces, that is why there are strings to hang them up away from anything.

I was talking about cars when I first came on..... nothing I ever said indicated one way or another which team I was on. :P

Dance, dance & more dance. The summer show for our dance school is this Sunday. The last 3 weeks have involved 4 hours on Sundays, then 2 hours on Monday & Tuesday & 1 hour on Wednesday (I'm in 7 numbers!). My solo is just over half complete, have a few minor adjustments to make on my costume, still need jewerly & something to put in my hair. Thank GOD it's almost done. This is on top of my full-time job, 45 min. commute one way, a house, husband, 4 cats, just applied to Grad school, leaving for vacation in 3 weeks. OMG I'm tired....

Hey Lori! They all kinda get scratched after a while, but if you have something slippery to put on the end, it will be easier to use. At least it's just for towing & not for looks. Happy towing! :D

The length of a ball mount depends on what you're hauling, but the standard length is around 8" or 9" long with a 2" drop. Draw bars are typically universal for Class III hitches like what is on your RX. I like the Hidden Hitch brand - a heavy duty finish that will hold up longer than a painted surface (like Reese or Draw Tite). You'll also need a hitch pin to secure your draw bar to your hitch.
