Well, I figured if the polish remover destroys the clear finish on wood tables (don't ask), then it might ruin the dial too. I think I'll try scraping it again, gently & see if anything happens. Maybe with the high heat inside my vehicle these days, the polish might be a bit more open to coming off. Maybe a Non-Acetone remover that is diluted would work?

Ok, so I made it through my crazy long dance day. 12 hours and 90+ degree heat for about 70% of the time was insane. Now as I sit at work, I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open! Thanks everyone for your support!

We just need to remember it's not the small cars causing the accidents.... it's the impared drivers, careless drivers, speedy drivers, etc. I don't drive a small car & 2 out of my 3 vehicles (I'm only on car 3 - wow) have been SUV's. But as a new driver, just be careful. There was an accident in Cleveland last weekend. A teenage diver was speeding & on his cell phone. He ran a red light & struck & killed a teenage pedistrian. He was not impared - so speed & being on his phone caused him to kill someone. I just want you to be careful, that's all.

Yep, right up there. We stay in Gearhart & go to Ft. Stevens every few years (I have pictures standing in front of the Peter Iredale from when my brother & I were kids). We've been going every year, with the exception of a few years while I was in college. My grandma lives there (Grandpa used to be there too, now he's with the angles). I absolutely love it. Astoria, Long Beach, Cannon Beach, Seaside.... can't wait!

The previous owner of my RX, got what I believe to be red nail polish on the radio dial. Any suggestions for removing the scrape? I don't want to ruin the surface, which I know polish remover will do. The interior is gray. Thanks for your suggestions.

Righ-o....the shower will be the first stop after getting home. In Northeast Ohio, especially in the town I live in, there are few to none at peoples houses. The emergency dip is not an option :P

Yep, I agree. I turn mine off too. Why would it be on during the day? You'd think it would come on when the lights were turned on. Weird.
