  1. Either should work, but you might want to email them just to double check. I have never seen a tilt down bike carrier not tilt down far enough to allow a rear gate to open. Just remember to remove your bikes prior to tilting the carrier down so nothing on the vehicle or bikes are damaged (nothing like having a pedal scratch in your bumper!). Happy Trails!

  3. Here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP3 They're small digital music players. You don't have to lug around portable cd players anylonger. Ever hear of an iPod? MP3 is a particular format for the digital info.

  6. I second the recomendation on the Hidden Hitch. Their product hides away nicely under the vehicle, it's also treated with a special finish to keep it from coroding. Powdercoated hitches (Reese, Draw Tite, etc) can rust if you get any type of icy weather where salt or brine are used.

  9. Good news, all! I was able to gently scrape away the polish with my own unpolished digit. Not a trace it left & there are no scratches in the paint or marrs in the surfact. Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

  12. Welcome to the group! I purchased my '04 RX330 back in May & I love it! I hope you enjoy your new vehicle!

  14. Hehe - yep, I know what you mean. My hubby just spent a chunk of change with Griots for his "baby" (2001 S4). I like their stuff, but like a few posts up said, it is private labled, they don't make their products. But it saves me from having to track down individual manufacturers. I do like their Speed shine - really easy to use.
  15. It actually doesn't smell like anything to me, maybe the Griot's smells more leathery. I bought my Lexol at Advanced Auto Parts. The auto parts mass merchandisers have not sold it until recently, it was sold at the Farm & Fleet type stores for horse saddles. But now it's easier to find, at least the cleaner & conditioner are. Still can't find the wipes...
  16. Yet no one mentioned Redheads! (partly at least)
  17. Lady ----> Classy
  18. Yep, I'm normally not into gadgets either, but my windshield is a mess. I just think I'm too short to be able to reach all of the areas well. I'm using Eagle One 20/20 cleaner that my hubby bought. I'm hoping once I get the handle, things will be a bit more clear. I use 303 on my dash. I was spraying it directly onto my dash & kept making more of a mess on my glass. Now I spray the product onto the m/f then wipe my dash - that problem has been eliminated. I did Lexol my seats yesterday - wow they look great! Just dumping the dirty water was proof that the cleaner was working (ewww!) - now I feel like it's my car & not someone else's seconds. Much better!
  19. Right here DC.... Extra Innings ---> Relief Pitcher
  20. How'd we get onto s*x? I thought we we're talking about baseball.... :P Ok, safe s*x ----> Abstinance!!!
