  1. 2004 LS430 and the Nav sytems has begun to enter incorrect entries from what is depressed. In order to get a 2 you have to press the adjacent 1, for a B you type A. Other buttons are also offset as well. Dealer said not covered by warrenty says system was "abused", with a cracked screen. Not so. Won't cover under warrenty and want $5600.00 to fix. Really ticked off at this point . Was told to write a letter to Toyota. $60K and they won't stand behind there product.
  2. While the MOTO V710 works with the LS430 and Verizon's CDMA network, it currently has no way to download phonebook from phone to car. Will not allow dialing while driving through screen input, you must use your cell .
  3. Just got the new Moto V710 working with LS430 and Verizon's CDMA network. Works great so far. Still learning. Bonded on first attempt. Can complete call, not yet tested answering incoming calls. Moto confirmed it lacks ability to bulk transfer phonebook from handheld to cars phonebook. They say development is underway, can only work now with USB.
  4. Just had my trans and fuel pump replaced. No mention of $200. Dealers get to charge back to Lexus ~$3900.00 for work. Now trying to resolVe a Warning light -TIRE Low Pressure which will not reset. (tire pressure is good!)
  5. Looks like Verizon is getting ready to release a Motorola (Model V710) that will work with the Bluetooth function of the LS430. While other CDMA phones are available this one will be supported by Verizon. VisitVerizon Bluetooth? for details and specs.
